Pimples Pop Up due to Inadequate Skincare

by Danna Finnerand

Pimples usually pop up more frequently during puberty due to hormonal fluctuations and the overproduction of sebum. This increase in sebum production, combined with debris and dead skin cells, is the main cause of acne outbreaks.

In some cases, however, acne should be treated with prescription medicine or with a specialized treatment. Such is the case with severe types of acne, such as cystic acne or acne fulminans. It is very important that you deal with these types of acne adequately, if not you are risking possible acne scarring.

A consistent cleansing routine can help you eliminate debris, excess sebum, and dead skin cells. This is an adequate pimples treatment for mild and moderate forms of acne, however, if you suffer from stubborn acne then you'll probably want to try a special cream to spot treat problem areas.

To find the right skin care product for you, you must determine your skin type first. Dry skin is characteristically tight and itchy while oily skin produces excess sebum. Combination ski, on the other hand, has both dry and oily patches.

Pimples pop up more often in people who have oily or combination skin. The excess sebum is the main reason for this. People with dry skin can also get acne, but their blemishes develop below the surface of the skin.

Once you know your skin type you can start looking for your skin care products. Don't forget, the wrong products for your skin make you more vulnerable to acne breakouts.

Oily and combination skin will benefit the most from a soapy cleanser with salicylic acid. If you have dry skin, choose a cream cleanser. The key to helping maintain dry skin acne-free is by regulating the moisture in your skin.

For any skin type, choose an alcohol free toner. To exfoliate oily or combination skin, a mechanical abrasive like sugar can do the trick. In order to exfoliate dry skin, however, you can use milk or oatmeal with honey.

Finally, try using a water-based moisturizer to treat oily and combination skin. This type of product is light and will absorb quickly without leaving behind any residue. If you're trying to treat dry skin then a thick, creamy moisturizer is your best choice.

By cleansing twice a day (once in the morning and once before going to bed) you will be able to keep your breakouts under control. Continuing with this daily cleansing routine will also make your skin healthier looking.

Remember, adequate and timely acne treatment can greatly reduce your risk of scarring. It is much easier to prevent scars than have to follow an acne scars treatment regimen.

BIOSKINCLEAR is a natural skin care product that can help you treat acne pimples. If you do not follow a regular skin care regimen you can actually make your acne worse. BIOSKINCLEAR is gentle enough to use regularly and it can help you prevent acne scars as well as controlling your breakouts.
